 PLEASE NOTE

Just in case we have heavy rain and there may be a risk of flooding you may wish to avoid the bridges, so if you are coming from Shrewsbury/Telford can I suggest the following route -

Use the A5 westbound until reaching the end of the dual carriageway part at Wolfshead Roundabout.  Come off at the roundabout and take the first exit signposted Knockin, the B4396.  In Knockin, do not take the left turn signposted Llanymynech. But carry straight on signposted Llynclys, staying on the B4396.  Pass over the railway bridge and station entrance to the preserved section of the Cambrian Rly.  At the major crossroads where the A483 is reached, Turn Left signposted Welshpool.  Drive through Llanymynech, over the river, until you come to the Four Crosses roundabout. Stay on the A483, i.e. take the 2nd exit.  After a mile take the first Left onto the B4393 signposted Llandrinio, where the hall is located on the Right, just before reaching the Filling Station.
